The Paris Climate Agreement, which was signed by many countries including Turkey in 2015 and entered into force in 2016, was ratified by our country in October 2021. With this approval, Turkey has committed to being carbon neutral by 2053. It will announce this commitment at COP26, which will take place in November 2021.
